Membership Rules (Key Points)

★No pay back under any circumstances.

★If you wanna stop this service, you can cancel at any time. But you must cancel by yourself. Support don't cancel for you.

To read the rest, you should use your smartphone's translation feature.

1. Subscription

This service is provided as a monthly subscription.

• The monthly fee is charged every month while the subscription continues.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you apply to cancel.
• Only registered members can use this service.

2. Member Registration and Cancellation

(Registration) Enter the required information on the registration page. The subscription payment screen will then open, and your registration is complete once you finish the payment.

(Cancellation) You can cancel at any time from the cancellation URL written in the email that delivers your AccessCode. There is no way to cancel other than by the member doing it themselves.

• This service has no pause or suspension option.
• If you register again after cancelling, the monthly fee will be charged again.
• When cancellation is complete, your membership ends immediately.

3. Payment Method

Payment of the monthly fee is accepted only by credit card (including debit card).

• The monthly fee is 450 JPY. Consumption tax is added separately.
• If payment of the monthly fee is not completed, your membership registration does not take effect.
• The monthly fee is charged automatically on your registration date each month.
• If the monthly fee cannot be charged for any reason, your membership will be cancelled without a grace period.

4. Use of the Service

An AccessCode issued by our office is required to use this service.

• One AccessCode is issued per registered member.
• The AccessCode is sent to your registered email address after registration is complete.
• Please do not share or distribute your AccessCode or usage information to others. It can cause system trouble and also harm you.

5. Refund

Once the monthly fee has been charged, it will not be refunded.

We also do not offer daily-rate (pro-rated) use.

6. Support

Inquiries and support are accepted by email only. We do not respond to inquiries by phone, SNS, or other channels.

(1) Support covers only how to use this service and how the system works.

(2) We cannot provide support or answer inquiries about translation errors or other malfunctions caused by the AI. Please contact OpenAI support.

(3) Depending on the content or manner of a support email, we may not respond.

7. About Using Browser Translation

If you are not sure of the display language on the screen or in emails, we recommend using the translation feature of your browser or smartphone.

(1) "Talk = IKIGAI" does not provide every language on the registration pages or in emails.

(2) We cannot support or take responsibility for misunderstandings caused by translation errors or incomplete translation. Please contact OpenAI support directly.
